Chameleon Technologies makes use of Shinobi IT’s Managed Helpdesk solution to proactively manage and monitor their workstations, provide endpoint security, and quickly resolve issues.
Chameleon Technologies is an award-winning technical staffing firm based in Kirkland, Washington. The office consists of about 12 users, all of whom use Windows and mobile devices.
Chameleon Technologies required helpdesk support between the hours of 8am and 5pm. In addition to support, they required health monitoring for their workstations, anti-virus and endpoint protection. Their primary goal was fast, responsive and reliable support with a quick turn-around on support issues.
Shinobi IT performed a brief network audit of Chameleon Technologies infrastructure and processes. Following the audit, we installed our RMM software and began to serve Chameleon’s helpdesk needs with service at an hourly rate on an as-needed basis.
Chameleon technologies has enjoyed a massive reduction in helpdesk issues, a more organized IT infrastructure, better IT process, improved network quality, improved security, and a better response time than they’ve experienced with any other IT partner.
